Kansas Health Foundation Announces Funding to Support Groundwater-Related Health Testing and Community Outreach

The Kansas Health Foundation recently announced grant funding to support health testing, community outreach, and public education efforts related to groundwater contamination in northeast Wichita and surrounding areas.

The funding was awarded to a group of healthcare organizations and community partners working together to improve access to health resources for people who may have been exposed to contaminated groundwater. The grants support free health testing, community engagement, public awareness efforts, and coordination among local organizations.
